The Leadership
In any organization, there are a few key individuals who act as the driving force. At the helm of Paragon Realty and Management is the Managing Director, Mr. Kaine Lim. A certified Juristic Person Manager since 2010 (in accordance with the Thailand Condominium Act), her has over 10 years of property management experience including a real estate license from the State of California, USA. He is also a former member of the California Association of Realty and member of the Property Management Association of Thailand (PMA). He retains the appreciation and understanding of professional ethics, and promotes the concept in the company and in membership.
